About the Team The Grocery Partnerships team builds and scales strategic relationships with the world’s largest grocers to shape the future of e-commerce. We work at the intersection of business development, operations, and product to unlock new growth opportunities for DoorDash and our grocery partners. Our team’s mission is to help grocers expand their reach, drive incremental revenue, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences to customers across North America. About the Role As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on the Enterprise Grocery Partnerships team, you’ll own relationships with the largest grocery chains in North America. You will lead new partnerships and expand existing ones from first pitch to signed deal. You’ll design and negotiate complex commercial deals, partner closely with account teams and shape go-to-market strategies for our suite of products. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate in ambiguity to build new partnership models from the ground up.You will report into Director, Grocery Partnerships on our Enterprise Grocery Partnerships team. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… • Own and expand partnerships with top enterprise grocers across North America. • Lead complex, multi-product commercial negotiations, including renewals and expansions. • Shape go-to-market strategies for our suite of products and turn them into repeatable playbooks for the team. • Lead cross-functional work with account teams, product, operations, legal, and finance to deliver partner roadmaps. We’re excited about you because… • You have 8+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, sales, business development, go-to-market or strategy & operations, including a track record of closing large, complex deals. • You’re polished and credible with C-suite stakeholders at large-scale organizations, and can lead executive conversations on your own. • You’re a creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can build from scratch without clear precedent. • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, and a bias towards building and collaboration. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.
