A Day in the Life The Cardiovascular (CV) Finance team supports a global portfolio of cardiovascular therapies through financial planning, reporting, analytics, and decision support. The team partners with business and finance leadership to provide visibility into financial performance, support strategic planning activities, and deliver insights that drive operational and financial results across the portfolio. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. As a Finance Analyst, you will support core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the Cardiovascular portfolio, including reporting, forecasting, business analytics, and executive presentation development. You will partner with finance and business leaders to provide accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes. Primary Responsibilities • Develop and deliver recurring FP&A reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics for Cardiovascular leadership. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including forecasting, reporting, and financial reviews. • Prepare financial analyses and executive-level presentations for leadership meetings, earnings support activities, and business reviews. • Analyze financial performance, sales trends, spending, and headcount metrics to identify risks and opportunities. • Serve as a subject matter expert for OneStream reporting processes and support reporting enhancements and process improvements. • Manage and coordinate financial calendars, reporting timelines, and key FP&A deliverables. • Support executive cost center reporting and provide financial analysis to leadership and business partners. • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives by providing financial insights and analytical support. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis experience OR advanced degree with 0+ years of experience. • Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or business analytics. • Experience analyzing financial data and translating results into actionable business insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes within a large organization. • Experience with OneStream, SAP, Power BI, or similar financial reporting and planning systems. • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and business performance metrics. • Experience preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards, or business presentations. • Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirem
