Job Description This team supports the Wholesale/National Lockbox and Bonds business lines, delivering training programs that help employees learn operational processes, payment-processing workflows, and business-specific procedures. The Trainer is responsible for facilitating both onsite and virtual training, maintaining and updating training materials, coordinating training activities with business leaders, and supporting learner readiness across multiple locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new employees, observing and evaluating training needs, developing or enhancing training content, partnering with operational leaders to identify skill gaps, and supporting cross-functional training initiatives. Over time, the individual will independently lead training sessions, contribute to training improvements, and help ensure consistent delivery of learning programs across the supported business lines.
