Job Description This Inside Auto Analyst III is a claims adjuster responsible for investigating basic and occasionally moderately complex auto claims. The role may handle non-represented claims and is expected to evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements. The position involves direct communication with claimants, insureds, and other involved parties, and supports timely and accurate claim resolution. Key Responsibilities • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle • Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries • Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and customer-focused claim handling • Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established best practices and guidelines • Document claim files with clear notes, summaries, and rationale for decisions • Review and evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
