As DD&IT Global FP&A Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting and strategic forecasting across Novartis' global Digital, Data and Information Technology organization. Working in a fast-paced and highly visible environment, you will partner with senior Finance and DD&IT leaders worldwide, translate complex data into actionable insights, and help shape investment decisions that accelerate digital innovation for patients globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Financial Planning and Analysis professional who thrives in ambiguity, embraces technology, and enjoys operating at the intersection of finance, strategy and transformation. The role requires a highly independent professional who can influence outcomes through collaboration and expertise.   Job Description Key Responsibilities ·  Lead the global Financial Planning and Analysis calendar, coordinating key deliverables, milestones and dependencies. ·  Own month-end close and reporting, resolving errors, late inputs and financial variances across DD&IT. ·  Prepare performance dashboards, variance commentary and decision-ready reporting materials for senior leadership. ·  Coordinate latest outlook submissions and consolidate financial inputs for monthly business reviews. ·  Lead budget and three-year target planning, developing guidance, templates and supporting financial models. ·  Monitor financial data quality and partner with data owners to resolve issues promptly. ·  Track forecast accuracy, explain deviations and identify financial risks, opportunities and corrective actions. ·  Perform robust financial modelling and analysis using large, complex datasets to support business decisions. ·  Influence senior Finance and DD&IT leaders to align priorities, assumptions and financial outcomes. ·  Lead end-to-end planning and reporting processes while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Essential Requirements ·  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline. ·  Significant Financial Planning and Analysis experience supporting global, matrixed organizations. ·  Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis. ·  Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets. ·  Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating financial insights to senior leaders. ·  Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal reporting authority. ·  Strong project management skills with experience managing complex deliverables and competing priorities. ·  Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity and deliver against demanding deadlines.
