About the project At Radiotech , we believe music belongs to everyone - not just those who grew up taking lessons. As a product company inside the Gismart ecosystem, we've spent years building apps that make music feel approachable, fun, and deeply human. With 23 apps across iOS and Android and over 500 million downloads worldwide, our products have found their way into the hands of musicians, beginners, and curious souls across the globe. We see music as a universal language. Our job is to make sure more people can speak it. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and modernize existing iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. • Define and evolve the architecture of the iOS codebase with a focus on scalability, modularization, and maintainability. • Design and implement efficient, testable technical solutions. • Prepare existing applications for gradual adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). • Participate in the migration of selected business logic and shared components to KMP. • Collaborate with Android and other engineers on shared mobile architecture and APIs. • Research technical challenges and propose appropriate architectural solutions. • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance and memory usage. • Perform code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. • Maintain and improve CI/CD and release workflows. • Collaborate with Product Managers on technical solutions, planning, and estimation. • Proactively suggest technical and product improvements. • Use AI coding tools and engineering agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar as part of the regular development workflow. Requirements • 4+ years of professional iOS development experience. • Strong proficiency in Swift and modern language features. • Strong experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await) and reactive programming such as Combine. • Production experience with both SwiftUI and UIKit. • Strong understanding of iOS architecture, application lifecycle, and platform frameworks. • Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture, and reusable components. • Ability to independently design and implement complex technical solutions. • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, asynchronous networking, and multithreading. • Familiarity with Xcode, Instruments, SPM, CocoaPods, and Fastlane. • Understanding of App Store submission, signing, provisioning, TestFlight, and release management. • Experience with feature flags, remote configuration, and A/B testing. • Experience with CI/CD and automated testing. • Practical experience using AI coding assistants and engineering agents in daily development.
