About the role
• Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) within internal plants. • No/Slow Mover material tracking. • Ensure smooth material movement across inter – organization. • Monitor and track order status and escalating delays where required. • Updating Order confirmation in PO. • Support procurement planners/engineers in daily operational tasks. • Maintain documentation, training materials, and process guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. • Creating transfer orders for material movement within plants. B.E. / B.Tech / BBA. / MBA with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Preferred Knowledge / Exposure: ➢ Good Communication (Fluent in English), ➢ Interpersonal and collaboration skills ➢ Willingness to work with smart techniques. ➢ Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc. ➢ SAP knowledge MM Module (Preferred) ➢ Power BI (Preferred)
