A Day in the Life We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Sales Frontier team. Reporting to the Sales manager II, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products of interventional portfolio within the Sales frontier business area mainly in Seoul and Incheon metropolitan area. As part of the Sales Frontier Team, this rewarding and challenging position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on both business performance and patient outcomes. We are seeking a goal-oriented sales professional who is passionate about improving patients' lives through innovative healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical and clinical expertise. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, integrity, a collaborative team-player mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. Candidates should be results-oriented, adaptable, innovative, and motivated to set and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, profitability, and territory objectives for assigned products within the designated region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders through regular customer engagement. • Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to expand market share. • Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and technical expertise, including support in the operating room when required. • Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals and customers to drive product adoption and customer success. • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitive activities, customer feedback, market trends, and pricing insights. • Plan and execute customer-focused marketing activities, such as seminars, workshops, and educational events. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and comply with Medtronic's Mission, Code of Conduct, policies, reporting requirements, and sales training expectations.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Less than 7 years of relevant experience for external candidates. • Proven ability to manage multiple product portfolios in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Ability to effectively train, educate, and influence healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and clinical applications. • Strong learning agility with a willingness to acquire technical and clinical knowledge. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.   Preferred Qualifications • Sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. • Clinical or sales support experience in Cath Lab environments. • Experience in Neurovascular products and therapies. • Technical support experience in the Operating Room (OR). • Experience managing cardiovascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, endovenous, or other related medical device product portfolios. • Proven track record of p
