A Day in the Life We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions(CAS) team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products within the CAS business area mainly in Gwangju, Jeolla area. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives. We are looking for a highly collaborative team player who can thrive in a customer-facing clinical environment requiring frequent travel and hands-on physician support. The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility, a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support customers, clinical cases, and teammates. Primary Responsibilities • Promote and sell Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and services within an assigned geographic territory and/or customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. • Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals. • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and provide appropriate product solutions to maximize customer value. • Promote product awareness and deliver education on Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and services to customers. • Provide ongoing market intelligence on competitive activities, market trends, distribution channels, pricing, customer preferences, and product features. • Implement market development strategies and support marketing activities as required. • Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals, including in-service training and case support. • Maintain a high level of product and clinical knowledge. • Complete all required administrative activities, including expense reports, account profile updates, customer analysis, activity reports, forecasts, database maintenance, and inventory tracking. • Travel domestically and internationally as required for business needs. • Work outside of normal business hours when necessary to support customers, business activities, and clinical cases. • Act in accordance with Medtronic’s Mission, Code of Conduct, corporate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 0-6 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry (level dependent). • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset. • Ability to learn and communicate complex clinical and technical concepts effectively. • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. • Valid driver’s license   Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or other relevant healthcare disciplines. • Experience with electrophysiology (EP) catheters, ablation systems, pacemakers, ICDs, or related cardiovascular specialties. • Experience supporting clinical procedures or surgical cases. • Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and other clinical stakeholders. • Experience interacti
