About the role
This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week). Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Channel Manager to drive digital shelf strategy and online growth for our retailer.com business, including HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Walmart.com and pro trade online distribution. Reporting to the eCommerce Channel Management Lead , this role partners closely with the OMNI channel team and Key Account Managers, taking a proactive approach to executing online promotional, assortment, and product launch initiatives that grow each customer’s online business. To achieve these goals, the role drives digital shelf optimization, online availability, and retail media alignment to maximize search visibility and conversion. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, the OMNI channel team, marketing, and operations to align digital execution with each customer’s broader commercial plan. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment, enjoys hands-on ownership of online performance, and wants to grow into a senior commercial role. This role requires minimum 3 days per week on-site at the Mount Prospect, Illinois location, 2 workdays may be remote. We are not offering relocation for this role. What You Will Do: • Drive distribution partner online sales growth and digital shelf performance for HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Walmart.com, and pro trade online distribution, partnering with the OMNI Channel Manager and Key Account Managers to deliver the online contribution to each customer’s growth and profitability targets. • Develop and execute retailer.com promotional and event plans and online new product launches, within the OMNI promotional calendar and funding. • Drive development of digital shelf optimization plans and online assortment strategies, including online-only, extended, and dropship assortment, to maximize share of search and conversion. • Manage the digital shelf strategy across each retailer, prioritizing on-site search, attribute and filter visibility, review acquisition tactics (e.g., The Home Depot Seeds, Walmart Spark Reviewer), and enhanced content, and directing the Retailer.com Channel Operations Manager on execution. • Collaborate with the OMNI team, KAMs, and Demand Planning to protect online availability on critical items, including online in-stock, ship-to-home and buy online, pick up in store eligibility, and direct fulfillment service levels. • Partner with internal marketing teams to align retail media investment across Orange Apron Media, Lowe’s One Roof Media Network, and Walmart Connect with the customer strategy and online sales targets. • Equip the OMNI and KAM teams with data-driven insights, catalog performance tracking, and online opportunity sizing to strengthen line reviews and joint business planning with each retailer. • Deliver retailer.com business reviews, digital shelf performance updates, and online channel presentations to channel leadership and the OMNI team. • 5+ years of experience in retail sales support, channel management, sales, digital merchandising or commercial marketing, preferably within a consumer goods, eCommerce, or omni-channel retail environment. • Supported field sales or account management teams with planning, promotional coordination, or launch execution. • Worked directly with HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Walmart.com or other major retailer websites, including familiarity with supplier portals, online assortment and dropship programs, and online promotional mechanics. • Supported the commercial levers behind online growth, including online assortment expansion, promotional participation, content and review
