About the role
一、企业级GenAI应用开发 • 负责博世中国内部AI应用平台（LLM RAG平台、AI Agent工作流）的设计、开发与运维，覆盖智能问答助手、智能检索、自动报表、数据洞察提取等场景 • 基于LLM构建业务Skill与Agent编排能力，实现工程文档处理、跨系统流程自动化、精益制造知识库、可持续发展数据填报等具体业务价值 • 完成模型的选型、微调、Prompt Engineering与性能评估，保障输出质量、成本与合规可控 二、业务流程数字化与系统集成 • 与业务方（事业部、工厂、职能团队）对接需求，将业务痛点转化为AI/数字化解决方案，并负责全生命周期交付 • 打通AI能力与SAP、MES、Power BI、SharePoint / M365等企业系统的数据链路，实现端到端的自动化闭环 • 推动低代码平台（Power Platform）与AI工具在业务部门的落地赋能，提升整体数字化能力 三、平台治理与团队协作 • 建立AI应用的监控、评估与迭代机制，保障模型在生产环境的稳定性与可解释性 • 与数据工程、IT基础设施、信息安全团队协作，确保AI方案符合博世集团数据安全与合规标准 • 跟踪Agentic AI、多模态、RAG优化等前沿技术，组织内部分享并推动最佳实践沉淀 1 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、信息系统、应用数学等相关专业本科及以上学历 2 3年以上AI/大模型相关开发经验，有企业级AI项目端到端落地经验者优先 3 具备将AI能力对接企业系统（ERP/MES/BI/CRM）的实战经验 4 精通Python，熟悉常用数据处理与深度学习库 5 熟悉LLM原理与Agentic AI技术栈，具备LangChain、LlamaIndex、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Agent编排的实际项目经验 6 熟悉主流深度学习/NLP框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、Transformer），了解模型微调与部署 7 具备云平台（Azure / AWS / 阿里云）与AI生态（OpenAI、Azure OpenAI）项目经验 8 熟悉SQL与主流数据库，具备基础的数据工程能力（ETL、数据管道） 9 了解M365生态（Power BI、Power Automate、Power Apps、SharePoint）者优先
