About the role

-Leading manufacturing projects and mentoring sub project leaders. -Leading the administrative tasks like budget approvals, scope management and resource management -Systematically review project progress and prepare management summary. -Ensure effective stake holder management of the projects -Systematically drive the culture of risk management and mitigation measure in each of the project. -Ensure systematic change management, documentation, and reporting culture. Steer the innovation management processes to generate innovative ideas and to solve current product / customer concerns. Anticipate risks and escalate on time to concerned stake holder Coordinate and plan topics for IPN collaboration and Lead plant agreement Lead and drive project management processes adhering to regulations and compliance to fulfill business objectives with the agreed budget and timeline. Ensure team competency development on functional areas based on present and future trends of the business. • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, IE, Automotive & Electronics) • PMP certification * Mandatory hands-on experience of leading a medium to high category Project (Manufacturing) as project leader *   6-8 years of experience in Project Management in automotive / Manufacturing sector *   2-3 years of experience as Manufacturing engineer / Process planner Knowledge • Competent in Leadership, Business, People and Operations Management. • Advanced knowledge in Regulatory & Organizational Management systems & guidelines. • Advanced knowledge of related Product & application. • Advanced knowledge about Lean manufacturing tools, IT tools , Business & Manufacturing practices • Advanced knowledge on Project cost structure ( Finance )   Functional skills • Competent skills in FMEA, Control plan, Engineering change management & Problem-solving tools • Competent skills in implementing industry standard tools & methods for project management • Use of agile / Scrum methodologies. • Advanced interpersonal, leadership and communication skills • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills
