About the role

Location: Wollerau or Zurich, Switzerland Employment Type: Part-time (40-60%), Fixed-term until May 2027 Join Our Team We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist Coffee to support our coffee logistic activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in contract administration, logistics coordination, and supplier management to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our customers and logistic service providers. What You'll Be Doing • Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices. • Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers. • Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays. • Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics. • Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies. • Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals. • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards. Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. • Professional experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration. • Fluent written and spoken English and German. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. • Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms. • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations within trading environments. • Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.
