Description Your Tasks • Strategic Anchor: You are the central point of contact for our clients. You understand their brands, advise them on an equal footing, and steer branding projects independently from the initial concept to go-live. • Project Power: You plan and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, timings, and budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly – for a stable and efficient project workflow. • Always on Top of Things: You have a firm grip on scope, costs, quality, and deadlines. You ensure that milestones are not just met, but that our high quality standards for branding work are always maintained. • Number Crunching: Forecasting, controlling, and post-calculation are your thing. You keep an eye on profitability and plan resources proactively. • Account Development: You identify potential to further develop our client brands. You provide impulses, actively drive the expansion of client relationships, and turn projects into true success stories. • Moderation: You lead workshops and meetings with confidence, bring different perspectives to the table, and ensure clear decision-making. • Quality & Sparring: You guarantee high standards and act as a professional sparring partner for the team. • Solution-Oriented: You take challenges in stride. With a positive attitude and clear communication, you untie knots before they become problems. • Innovation: You have a feel for new trends and bring fresh ideas that move our projects and our clients' brands forward. What you bring • Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the branding or digital sector – complex projects don't daunt you. • Brand Expertise: You understand how strong brands work and can precisely translate these requirements into day-to-day project decisions and workflows. • Project Pro: You are an organizational talent. Structure, stakeholder management, and a confident approach to risk and scope are your strengths. • Financial Acumen: You have a good sense for numbers, budgets, and profitability. • Confident Demeanor: Communication on equal footing is your standard. Even in turbulent phases, you remain calm and solution-oriented. • Hands-on Mentality: You take ownership of your topics, work independently, and proactively bring projects to the finish line. • Team Player: You are a true team player with heart and mind. You understand that great ideas only come to life through strong collaboration.
