ISV Partner Account Manager / Sr. PAM / Principal PAM About The Role Salesforce's ISV partner ecosystem is a powerful engine that drives revenue, innovation and customer success. Our partners connect to and extend the Salesforce platform's value by embedding their data, workflows and agents in the flow of work for our mutual users. The AMER Apps, Agents and Integrations (AAI) organization seeks an experienced Partner Account Manager (PAM) for it's Sales or Service aligned partner portfolio. As Partner Account Manager (PAM) you'll be responsible for named partner relationships across build, market, go-to-market, support and operate motions. In doing so you'll play a meaningful role in driving Salesforce revenue metrics, next-gen platform adoption and the launch of our transact-able marketplace on the AgentExchange- where customers go to discover and purchase trusted solutions across Salesforce and Slack. Partners you manage will include leaders in the sales productivity, revenue intelligence, data enrichment, content management, enterprise search and productivity spaces. Key Responsibilities * Leadership: Internally, represent partners to influence Salesforce stakeholders across Global Partners, Distribution, Product or Marketing. Externally, establish yourself as a trusted advisor to partner leaders across functions; evangelize the Salesforce platform, partner program and priority initiatives to ensure buy-in, resourcing and execution. * Portfolio Growth: Apply a "GM mindset" to grow your portfolio of named partners. Own portfolio strategy for driving partner adoption of our next-gen platform (Agentforce, Data 360, Slack, AIforce). Deliver revenue, platform adoption and marketplace targets. Ensure focus on both in-quarter deliverables and also the work that will produce dividends for years to come. Prioritize partner opportunities for investments from Partner Solutions, Partner Marketing, Partner Success and Co-Innovation. * Commercial Execution: Manage go-to-market initiatives with partners that drive pipeline; successfully sign and onboard partners to AgentExchange Commerce and drive Private Offers transactions; accurately forecast the business across key metrics. Inspect partner health metrics to proactively raise risks and opportunities, own the plan to address or pursue them. Lead the negotiation of complex and material revenue share agreements. * Model AI-first: personally adopt and champion Salesforce AI tools like Coworker and Slackbot, as well as external AI tools to drive personal productivity and business outcomes with partners Qualifications Required * 5-10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership and/or sales experience in the SaaS, PaaS or AI * Consistent track record of achieving quota and targets, territory growth and partner growth * Strong work ethic, critical thinking, problem solving, business acumen and technical aptitude * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex
