Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, securing design wins, and building strategic partnerships with key accounts. You will collaborate with customers to align their business strategies and technical roadmaps with Intel's innovative solutions, uncovering opportunities and delivering impactful results. In this role, you will lead customer engagements, foster relationships, and enable transformative solutions that maximize Intel's market presence. Business Group Intel's Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering customers and partners to solve complex challenges through cutting-edge Intel technologies. The team focuses on developing innovative solutions across Datacenter, Cloud, Edge, AI, and IoT domains, driving business transformation and advancing Intel's mission to create world-changing technology. SMG thrives on collaboration, creativity, and customer-centric strategies that inspire growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities - Cultivate strategic relationships with assigned accounts, including executive-level stakeholders. - Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to align customer needs with Intel's product portfolio. - Drive design-win processes to secure adoption of Intel architecture in customer roadmaps and solutions. - Collaborate across Intel teams to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth execution of projects. - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies. - Communicate customer requirements and insights internally to influence product development and decision-making. - Actively identify growth opportunities and expand the opportunity pipeline to achieve revenue goals. - Address customer challenges, manage escalations, and drive satisfaction through proactive problem-solving. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. · 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, business development or a related customer-facing role. · Demonstrated success leading complex, highly technical customer engagements and delivering growth with large enterprise, networking, security, cloud or data center accounts. · Experience creating and executing account strategies, developing opportunity pipelines, leading commercial negotiations and coordinating cross-functional teams. · Working knowledge of server and data center architectures, networking, cybersecurity and software ecosystems sufficient to lead credible customer conversations. · Executive communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging VP, GM and C-level stakeholders. · English language proficiency, written and verbal. · Ability to travel as required to support customers and internal business priorities. Preferred Qualifications · MBA, technical master’s degree or other advanced degree. · 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including ownership of large or globally distributed strategic accounts. · Direct experience with networking or cybersecurity OEMs, infrastructure software companies, cloud service providers, telecommunications providers or data center customers. · Knowledge of Intel Xeon platforms, accelerators, Ethernet and networking products, AI solutions, software enablement and the broader x86 ecosystem. · Experience with design-win motions, product lifecycle management, joint business planning, channel or partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs. · Track record of building executive sponsorship, developing new routes to market and
