Role: Together with the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist supports the execution of the local marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and contributing to Mastercard’s key marketing objectives. Role & Responsibilities: • Support the marketing team in the execution of B2B marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening Mastercard’s relevance and preference among banks, merchants and strategic partners. • Support developing product communication, customer-facing materials and commercial marketing activities in coordination with local agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency with business priorities. • Contribute to initiatives that reinforce Mastercard’s position as a preferred partner for customers, helping drive engagement, usage and preference across key touchpoints. • Work closely with the sales team and advisors to support the execution of joint customer plans with banks, merchants and partners, developing relevant marketing programs that create business value. • Support the development of market insights, customer understanding and performance analysis to improve marketing effectiveness and measure the impact of key initiatives.
