Job title : Product Director, Field Health Technology • Location: Cambridge, MA/Remote About the Job The Product Director, Field Health Technology Strategy, Activation, Innovation is responsible for developing and executing the Sanofi North America Specialty Care organization’s health information technology strategy and advancing technology-enabled solutions that address the evolving needs of health systems, healthcare providers, and patients. This role will serve as a strategic leader for health informatics technology (HIT), electronic health record (EHR), digital health, and emerging technology and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, translating health-system needs and organizational priorities into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve care delivery and patient outcomes. The Product Director will work closely with cross-functional partners across Solutions, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Strategic Accounts, Health System/Integrated Account Teams, Real World Data & Evidence, Information Technology, Patient Services, Digital, and other functions to identify opportunities, develop solutions, activate capabilities with customer-facing teams, and measure impact. The role will also serve as a center of expertise for HIT and emerging technologies, building organizational capabilities and helping teams understand how EHRs, digital health, data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies can be appropriately leveraged to address health-system challenges. Main Responsibilities HIT Strategy & Leadership • Develop and lead an enterprise and/or portfolio-level Health Information Technology strategy, roadmap, and annual execution plan aligned with organizational and therapeutic-area priorities. • Establish a clear vision for how HIT, EHRs, digital health, data, AI, and emerging technologies can support health-system/organized provider engagement and improve patient care. • Identify evolving health-system/organized provider trends, technology capabilities, customer needs, and market dynamics that should inform technology strategy. • Serve as the organization’s subject-matter expert and strategic advisor on health information technology, EHR capabilities, digital health, AI, and emerging technology. • Build alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders regarding HIT priorities, investments, capabilities, and opportunities. Health-System & Customer Strategy • Partner with health-system and integrated account teams to identify customer challenges that may be addressed through technology-enabled solutions. • Develop approaches for understanding health-system clinical workflows, operational processes, data infrastructure, and technology environments. • Translate customer needs into actionable HIT opportunities across the patient journey, including disease identification, diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, care coordination, patient engagement, adherence, monitoring, and outcomes measurement. • Support strategic engagement with health-system stakeholders including clinical leaders, population-health leaders, informatics teams, pharmacy leaders
