What you’ll do • Assisting clients in booking travel ranging from commercial flights to hotels to vacation homes and car rentals • Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers • Working with global suppliers to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market The skills and experience you need • Proven experience at a travel agency • Experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel booking systems • A passion for travel • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines • High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs • Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends We are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.
