Job Description The position supports the MICR Quality team and focuses on validating customer checks, reviewing MICR line accuracy and placement, sending specification information to clients, and ensuring standards are met. The work requires strong attention to detail, customer communication skills, analytical thinking, and comfort using specialized systems and equipment. Team members perform testing and quality review activities rather than traditional systems analysis or project management work. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically one to two years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders - Basic understanding of project testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Good analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to work as part of a team - Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages and multiple screen, including Microsoft Office applications Scheule is M-F 6am to 2:30pm This role is hybrid.
