We cover technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Security. Within that, our team owns Product and Design recruiting. We are responsible for delivering world-class talent through pragmatic, data-informed, and principle-aligned recruiting practices that help Plaid scale with intention. About the role We are hiring a Product Recruiter to support Plaid’s growing Product organization. Product Managers at Plaid are builders, thinkers, and connectors who shape how millions of people experience financial freedom — and this role is key to bringing that talent in. As a senior, full-cycle recruiter, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to drive recruiting efforts from sourcing through close. You will own searches end to end, manage pipelines, guide hiring teams, and provide data-driven insights that help leaders make smarter hiring decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders while championing a candidate-first experience that reflects Plaid’s values at every touchpoint. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity where your work will directly influence how Plaid builds its product organization and scales to meet ambitious goals. Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management roles (PM to Sr. PM) from sourcing and outreach through final rounds and offer close. - Partner directly with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, design interview processes, and drive hiring strategies. - Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping. - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data, market insights, and feedback to guide decision-making. - Lead debriefs and manage closing strategies that align with Plaid’s hiring bar and candidate experience standards. - Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless and consistent recruiting experience. - Represent Plaid’s culture and mission authentically throughout the recruiting process. Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring Product Managers. - Deep understanding of product management disciplines, including strategy, execution, and technical fluency. - Strong sourcing capability with experience identifying and engaging top PM talent in competitive markets. - Proven success partnering with senior product leaders to shape hiring decisions and influence outcomes. - Skilled closer with experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships through final stages. - Data-driven mindset; comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights
