Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a team of PMs as well as own the product strategy for empowering developers on the Now platform to build and take their applications to production faster. These areas include developer reach, testing, sandboxing, metering, and deployment of AI and human generated code. As agentic build tools compress the time it takes to author a change, the bottleneck moves downstream. Testing and deploying safely to production is already one of the loudest customer asks and one of the sharpest pain points on the platform. When changes originate from agents as well as people, and arrive at a much higher rate, the ability to validate and trust them quickly stops being a quality-of-life improvement and becomes a precondition for platform growth. You will lead the team that enables this for developers. This is not four adjacent feature areas with a shared manager. Customers experience the SDLC as one motion, and the central product challenge of this role is the connective tissue: a sandbox that behaves like the instance you will deploy to, a test suite that knows what changed, a release path that carries the evidence, and a model for building directly in production that an admin can actually govern. You set the strategy that makes their roadmaps resolve into a single lifecycle rather than four products that ship past each other. The scope is deeply technical and close to execution. The Developer Reach feature area alone unlocks a path to building in production that admins can manage at scale without losing control, and it demands real technical depth to steer. You will also carry a broad surface, over twenty product areas, with the escalation volume that comes with it, and you will need to run that operational load without letting it consume the strategic work. What you get to do in this role: • Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across Developer Reach, Developer Sandboxes, Agentic Testing, and Release Ops, and define how they compose into one lifecycle from authored change to governed, audited deployment. • Build, lead, and develop a team of PMs, one per area. Set a clear standard for product craft, coach PMs on strategy and execution, and hold the bar on the seams between them: shared primitives, consistent models, and a single coherent customer narrative. • Set product direction for validating AI-originated change at scale: what it means to trust an agent's output, what evidence a release needs to carry, and how much of the test and review burden can be automated without losing accountability. • Drive the Developer Reach strategy, including the product model for building in production with admin control, guardrails, and reversibility at enterprise scale. • Define the sandbox strategy: provisioning speed, production parity, data handling, and the developer experience of getting a safe place to work in seconds rather than days. • Own the release governance path end to end, including the tradeoffs between developer velocity and auditability, and the gating model that makes those tradeoffs explicit rather than accidental. • Shape the metering and cost-modeling strategy for this area in partnership with Pricing & Packaging and Finance, and understand how it impacts the entire App Engine portfolio. • Build the triage discipline that keeps escalations across a broad product surface from displacing the roadmap. • Model an AI-first way of working: use agentic coding tools directly, build and deploy against your own products, and bring firsthand experience of the pain your customers are describing. To be successful in this role you have: • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, dec
