About the role
Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact Intel Foundry is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support planning operations for the Oregon manufacturing site, including Intel's most advanced leading-edge technologies and production readiness activities. This role partners closely with Technology Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer and business requirements into actionable supply plans that enable technology development, factory readiness, and manufacturing execution. The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics, business insight, and cross-functional collaboration to influence supply decisions, optimize factory performance, and drive execution against business objectives. This individual must be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver who can translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive alignment and action across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans that support technology development, manufacturing execution, customer commitments, and production readiness objectives. • Analyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and factory performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies. • Influence supply, capacity, and inventory decisions through data-driven analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable recommendations. • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology Development, and Supply Chain teams to enable successful execution of technology development programs and future-node ramps. • Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and operational gaps, and drive mitigation plans to improve business outcomes. • Support capacity planning, bottleneck management, and supply optimization activities to maximize factory performance and readiness. • Develop reporting, dashboards, and business insights that improve visibility, planning accuracy, and decision quality. • Translate complex data into concise, executive-ready recommendations and communications. • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and drive resolution of planning and execution challenges. • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, operational performance, and supply optimization. Core Competencies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to influence decisions and drive results in a cross-functional environment. Qualifications: The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or in a related field. • 2+ years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, military service, or professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related discipline. • 2+ years of experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar technologies. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in supply planning, demand planning, factory planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain analytics. • Understanding of Experience in capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting, and production planning concepts. • Experience supporting technology development, qualification
