About the role

Job Title Operations Excellence and Supply Chain Analytics Lead Job Description 591295 Operations Excellence and Supply Chain Analytics Lead   As the Operations Excellence & Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will transform complex supply chain and financial data into actionable insights that improve North America supply chain performance, strengthen forecasting, and drive continuous improvement. You will serve as a strategic analytics partner, translating data into compelling business stories and recommendations for senior and C-suite leadership.   Your role: • Lead supply chain analytics across North America, evaluating performance against forecasts, operational targets, and the Annual Operating Plan to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions that improve end-to-end supply chain performance. • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including optimization, simulation, data mining, statistical analysis, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools, to evaluate supply chain scenarios, enhance financial and operational reporting, and support data-driven decision-making. • Transform complex supply chain, operational, and financial data into clear insights and compelling business narratives, presenting findings, recommendations, and performance trends to senior and C-suite leadership. • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis, identifying performance gaps, developing sustainable solutions, and integrating improvements into standard processes and ways of working. • Partner cross-functionally to define requirements for automated analytics and reporting, leverage data from multiple systems and sources, and improve forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making capabilities across the North America supply chain.   You're the right fit if: • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, inventory management, manufacturing, enterprise resource planning systems, supply chain analytics, or a related area; prior experience is not required with a relevant master’s degree. You have demonstrated experience interpreting supply chain performance, analyzing results against forecasts, and supporting operational or financial planning. • Your skills include advanced data analytics, forecasting, statistical analysis, data mining, optimization, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and working with complex data from multiple systems and sources. You are comfortable leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance financial and operational reporting, automate insights, and improve decision-making. • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field. • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . • You’re an analytical and influential communicator who can translate complex data into meaningful business insights and tell a clear, compelling story with the data. You are comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership, partnering across functions, working independently with limited supervision, and influencing stakeholders to drive supply chain performance and continuous improvement.   How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
