As a Lead Client Partner at Pinterest, you will lead strategic partnerships with some of Pinterest Canada’s largest and most complex Financial Services clients across banking and insurance. Partnering closely with a Client Account Manager, you will build trusted relationships across agencies and direct client organizations, from practitioners to senior executives, and develop strategies that drive revenue growth, quality pipeline, product adoption, and measurable business impact. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients navigating complex business priorities, evolving media strategies, and multiple measurement sources of truth. You will move quickly to understand each account, identify opportunities for growth, mobilize internal partners, and connect Pinterest’s full-funnel solutions to client outcomes. What you’ll do • Lead multi-quarter account strategies and joint business plans for complex Financial Services partnerships. • Build and maintain trusted relationships across agency and direct client stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. • Drive revenue growth through strategic pitches, renewals, expansions, quality pipeline development, and product adoption. • Develop full-funnel media strategies spanning brand, consideration, conversion, and measurement solutions. • Engage in robust media, creative, and measurement discussions • Translate performance and measurement learnings into clear recommendations, test-and-learn agendas, and investment decisions. • Partner closely with the CAM to create clear account coverage, operating rhythms, and accountability. • Mobilize cross-functional teams to solve client, measurement, product, technical, creative, and commercial challenges. • Lead executive-ready conversations, negotiations, escalations, and business reviews. What we’re looking for • Meaningful experience in at least two of the following areas: Financial Services expertise, platform sales, and enterprise sales; experience across all three is highly valued. • A track record of creating revenue growth, quality pipeline, and measurable change within complex accounts. • Strong experience managing both agency and direct client relationships. • Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders from junior practitioners through C-suite leaders. • Strong understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, media strategy, and measurement. • Demonstrated ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and make sound decisions with incomplete or conflicting information. • Excellent strategic storytelling, commercial judgment, negotiation, and cross-functional leaders
