About the role
• Du übernimmst die telefonische und schriftliche Beratung von Schadenfällen zu Leasing- und Finanzierungsfahrzeugen für gewerbliche und private Kunden einer führenden Autobank. • Des Weiteren prüfst du die Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und triffst eigenständige Entscheidungen über das weitere Vorgehen, dokumentierst die Fälle und schließt sie ab. • Zudem berätst du zu den Themen Sachmängelhaftung, Ratenplanänderung und Ablöseangebot. • Ausbildung: abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen und technischen Bereich oder entsprechende berufliche Erfahrung • Persönlichkeit: offen, zuverlässig, kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark, Führungszeugnis erforderlich • Erfahrung & Know-How: erste Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung wünschenswert, sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen Vielfalt und Inklusion sind für uns keine Trends, sondern fest verankert in unserer Unternehmenskultur.
