About the role
Role Summary Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Strategy who delivers the insights and analytics behind field and account strategy across the Specialty Care portfolio. Sitting within the Customer Strategy team and aligned to the US Commercial customer-engagement organization, this above-brand role partners closely with the Director, Field & Account Strategy to frame field and account business questions, builds and runs the analyses that answer them, and supports executional excellence across customer-facing teams. The role also connects Customer Strategy with Patient Solutions, keeping the view of the customer consistent across HCPs, accounts, and patients. The Senior Manager turns field execution, account performance, and customer intelligence into analyses that sharpen deployment, targeting, and account strategy for sales leadership, National Sales Directors, the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), and key and national account teams. Working across brands, they help keep the field and account partnership consistent from cycle to cycle. They answer these questions with IIS-built, AI-powered tools and deliver the high-quality, timely insight that informs decisions. The ideal candidate is a rising brand consultant with a proven track record of framing problems and delivering analytic solutions for challenging business situations. They pair in-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines with a keen sense of what strong, timely insight looks like, and they bring exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a spirit of innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking. A collaborative teammate and an outstanding listener, they manage through influence, bring a refined executive presence, and communicate with clarity in writing and in the room. Role Responsibilities Field Enablement & Execution Effectiveness • Build and maintain the business rules and analytics behind the field alert strategy, delivering real-time, data-driven signals to field-based, customer-facing colleagues through tools such as PinPoint. • Monitor alert performance and patient signals, and recommend business-rule refinements that improve commercial relevance and rep adoption. • Measure the impact of field tools and capabilities, working with Enablement, CRM, Brand, Operations, and Technology teams to inform improvements in precision targeting and field effectiveness. Field Force Sizing, Structure & Deployment • Build and run the analyses that inform sales-force size, structure, territory alignment, resource allocation, and deployment for the brand's field-based colleagues. • Use advanced analytics to assess sales-force effectiveness, and develop actionable recommendations with the Director, Field & Account Strategy for sales leadership. Account & Customer Analytics • Deliver account-level insights on market dynamics, growth potential, and competitive activity at key accounts in support of account teams. • Build the performance metrics, market-potential assessments, and competitive dynamics reviews that support Key Account Directors and National Account Directors. • Support integrated account planning and run customer segmentation analytics. Connection to Patient Solutions • Serve as Customer Strategy's point of connection with IIS Patient Solutions colleagues, partnering on questions where field execution, account dynamics, and patient access meet. • Bring patient-services signals, such as hub and specialty pharmacy data on starts, adherence, and access, into field and account analytics, and share field and account insight back into Patient Solutions work so partners hear one consistent story.
