Overview The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) Financial Systems organization is establishing Enterprise Order Management (EOM) as a global capability and critical discipline within Mastercard’s end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape. The Vice President, Enterprise Order Management will define the enterprise vision, establish the global function and operating model, and lead a multi-year transformation that standardizes how customer commitments are converted into controlled, scalable, and auditable orders across businesses and markets. This executive leader will set the global strategy, governance, engagement model, and roadmap for EOM, balancing enterprise standards with business, product, market, customer, regulatory, and technology requirements. The role will convene senior and executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Services, Technology, Finance, Controllership, Legal, Operations, and regional teams to align priorities, resolve cross-enterprise decisions, and steer investment and adoption. The Vice President will oversee the EOM platform ecosystem and organizational capability, including platform strategy, process ownership, architecture and integration alignment, delivery enablement, operational readiness, change adoption, and ongoing run and maintenance. Success requires connecting the EOM agenda to broader O2C outcomes, including customer experience, time to revenue, billing accuracy, revenue protection, financial controls, operational scalability, and enterprise visibility. Role In this position, you will: • Establish the Global EOM Function: Create and scale a global Enterprise Order Management function, including its mandate, decision rights, governance, service model, organizational structure, capabilities, performance measures, and relationship to adjacent O2C disciplines. • Set Enterprise Strategy and Multi-Year Roadmap: Own the enterprise EOM vision and phased roadmap across business lines, products, markets, and platforms. Translate enterprise strategy into investment priorities, migration sequencing, capability releases, value milestones, and measurable outcomes. • Provide Executive Governance and Steering: Establish and lead executive steering mechanisms that enable timely decisions on scope, funding, architecture, standards, risk, sequencing, and adoption. Prepare senior leaders to make informed trade-offs and maintain clear accountability across sponsors and workstreams. • Shape the O2C Enterprise Lens: Influence the broader O2C agenda by defining how order cap
