Within Business Operations' Procurement Services Tower, Global Transparency operates three service lines: Global Transfer of Value (ToV) Reporting, US State Reporting & BIMO FDA Financial Disclosure. Global Transparency's transversal cross-functional mission is to ensure Sanofi meets its Transparency reporting obligations as required by law or regulatory authorities to mitigate negative customer impact and Sanofi's reputational & financial risk. The Global Transparency Team operates within a Matrix/Integrated Hub & In-Country Model. The matrix supervision framework at Sanofi operates through a dual reporting structure where Hub-based employees have a Hub-based direct line Manager (Workday hierarchy) and functional/dotted-line relationships with In-Country Transparency experts. Main Responsibilities The Fresher Transparency Analyst works under the direct supervision of the Transparency Team Lead, supporting the disclosure and reporting of relevant information, data, and transactions to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with EFPIA and other applicable disclosure requirements across the countries and markets served by Global Sources. This is a global role: assignments may span multiple markets over time, based on team priorities, rather than being fixed to a single country. This is an entry-level (Level 1) position within the Global Sources team, designed to build a beginner-to-intermediate foundation in transparency reporting, data collection, and Company policies, applicable across markets. The Fresher Transparency Analyst applies developing knowledge of EFPIA and country-specific requirements to support data collection and control activities, contribute to disclosure report preparation, and engage with business stakeholders under close guidance from more senior team members. This role requires close collaboration with the Global Transparency governance team, senior analysts within Global Sources, and in-country stakeholders across the markets supported, to ensure data quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency. Alignment with the Transparency Team Lead is key to ensure correct application of the Global Transparency Core Model and systems. 1. Data Collection & Reporting Support • Collects and consolidates transfers of value (ToV) data from multiple source systems and business functions across supported markets, following defined collection processes • Performs first-level data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, duplicates) ahead of country-level submission • Supports the execution of data control activities under the close guidance of senior analysts • Flags data anomalies and assists in root-cause investigation and remediation • Maintains accurate documentation and evidence of data collection and control activities for audit purposes 2. EFPIA & Country Regulatory Support • Applies foundational knowledge of EFPIA Disclosure Code principles to the classification and reporting of ToV data across assigned markets • Supports country-level transparency reporting activities and requirements as assigned, working in partnership with the relevant in-country Transparency team(s) • Builds beginner-level working knowledge of country-specific transparency regulation across supported markets • Escalates regulatory questions and updates to the Transparen
