About the role

Main responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for Customer Order Administration: • Monitor order validation by exception to ensure orders are accurate and can be processed to the next stage of the process. • Solve any type of issue. Checks can relate to order incompletion or a block in the system according to business rules (products, customer segments). • When required, block the order for delivery or billing, follow up to remove the block once the issue is resolved, and liaise with impacted stakeholders (e.g., Distribution). • Monitor blocked orders and perform modifications upon request from relevant stakeholders (e.g., delivery date change, quantity change), identify the associated reason, and document the changes made. • Liaise with local responsible to ensure proper execution of stock allocation previously set up in the system. Coordinate the management of exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation options to limit out-of-stock situations (delayed deliveries, short-shelf-life stock). • Ensure delivery and invoicing processes follow the expected lead times, and provide the necessary documentation for shipments. • Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing as requested by the Manager and Global Process Lead.
