Job Description The Fraud Risk Analyst is responsible for protecting customers and the bank by identifying, investigating, and resolving suspected fraud activity while minimizing financial losses and customer impact. This role reviews transactions, customer claims, account activity, and supporting documentation to make informed fraud decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Fraud Agent performs customer authentication and verification, evaluates risk indicators, and takes appropriate action to prevent, mitigate, or resolve fraudulent activity. They maintain accurate case documentation, identify emerging fraud trends, and escalate potential risks or complex situations as needed. The role partners with customers, business partners, and internal support teams to deliver effective fraud resolutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
