Job Description Summary Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid Internal job title: Associate Director DDIT FM&A Sol. Del. Financial Compliance About the Role: The Associate Director DDIT FM&A Solution Delivery - Financial Compliance is responsible for driving technology-enabled solutions supporting Finance, Financial Compliance and Digital Assurance. The role acts as a key interface between Finance business stakeholders, DDIT teams, platform teams and delivery partners, translating business and compliance requirements into scalable digital solutions. The position will provide end-to-end ownership across solution delivery, project execution, stakeholder management, operational transition and continuous improvement. Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted DDIT partner to Finance business owners and senior stakeholders. • Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements and delivery plans. • Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance and Financial Compliance digital solutions from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization. • Manage multiple initiatives across the Finance Digital Assurance portfolio, ensuring clear scope, priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones. • Coordinate business, functional, technical and external delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. • Manage enhancement demand and contribute to resource, capacity and budget planning. • Support technology-enabled automation and analytics opportunities that improve control effectiveness, monitoring and assurance. • Work across technologies and platforms supporting the portfolio, particularly areas such as Celonis, Power BI, SAP and enterprise data platforms . • Partner with solution architects and platform teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture. • Manage cross-functional dependencies spanning Finance, DDIT, Security, Integration, Data and Compliance teams. • Manage external vendors and implementation partners, including delivery quality, commitments, costs and outcomes. Essential Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in IT/Digital solution delivery within Finance, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Audit or related enterprise functions . • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance, or related discipline. • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. • Strong understanding of enterprise Finance processes and systems, preferably including SAP. • Experience with analytics, process mining, reporting or data platforms such as Celonis and Power BI . • Understanding of SOX/internal controls, IT controls or financial compliance concepts. • Experience coordinating business, technology, architecture, security and external partner teams. • Strong project/program management and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Desirable requirements: • Experience in a large multinational, regulated or highly controlled environment. • Exposure to Finance transformation, process mining, continuous controls monitoring or digital assurance. • Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise change/release processes. • Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams. • Experience managing vendors and delivery partners.
