Position Summary The Inventory Control (IC) Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt colleagues in a CVS Health distribution center. Activities owned by the IC department include cycle counting, slotting, processing damaged and stray product, dispositioning non-productive inventory (NPI), and reverse logistics. This position reports to the IQC Manager and collaborates across the supply chain network to create, develop, and improve processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiencies in collaboration with Distribution Operations, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Inventory Planning, Finance, and COE's. All duties are to be performed in accordance with CVS Health policies, practices, and procedures. Driving the performance of assigned operational areas within a distribution center will be critical. You will manage day-to-day inventory activities, evaluate colleague work performance, and contribute to key performance indicators such as service level, quality, and regulatory requirements. **This is a 1st shift role, 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday with flexibility as needed.** Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and assign work to all colleagues reporting to this role • Manage team performance through timely feedback and performance review process to resolve problems and improve employee performance efficiency • Build a culture of teamwork focused on colleague engagement, motivation, and empowerment • Promote, reinforce, and hold all colleagues accountable for safety, awareness, and compliance • Maintain a high level of performance for inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, and root cause analysis • Manage and sustain a high level of cleanliness standards through 5S and lean methodologies across the DC using CVS SOPs and protocols • Execute daily activities and operational plans in compliance with all SOP’s, processes, and strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise while meeting daily targets • Strive to meet and/or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the six critical supply chain pillars of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People • Coordinate with DC leadership to define requirements for conducting IC tasks and establish priorities of tasks to meet operational targets Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a distribution center/warehouse • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual • Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Bachelor’s degree • Background in Six Sigma production techniques Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
