About the role
You have a scientific or laboratory background, but don’t necessarily see yourself working at the lab bench forever? We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Operations Associate (all genders) to become the operational backbone of our team and support us across a variety of scientific, regulatory and product-related topics. In this role, you will work within our Regulatory Affairs team and help ensure that information, documentation, and processes are organized and available where they are needed. Your scientific understanding will enable you to work confidently with ingredients, raw materials, product specifications and related technical documentation – while your organizational skills will keep numerous topics moving forward. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background as a Chemielaborant, CTA, BTA, PTA or in a comparable scientific field who would like to transition into an office-based role while continuing to use their technical knowledge. Your role • You will support our Regulatory Affairs teams with their day-to-day operational activities, such as product changes, reformulations and related topics by ensuring that all relevant information and documents are available • You coordinate and maintain product and raw material information, including specifications, certificates and other related technical documents • You will gather missing information and documentation from internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners and notify food supplements at the responsible German authority • You maintain product and regulatory information in our internal systems, databases and make sure they are consistent • You help organize and coordinate documentation and product-related requests • You conduct initial checks of documents and data for completeness and consistency and support the preparation of internal documentation, overviews and reports • You take ownership of recurring operational and administrative processes within the team and continuously look for ways to make them more efficient Your profile • You have an interest in scientific topics and ideally some familiarity with ingredients, raw materials or technical documentation – or the motivation to quickly build up this knowledge • Ideally, you have completed vocational training or studies in a scientific field such as chemistry, food science or pharmacy (e.g. Chemielaborant, CTA, BTA or PTA).
