About the role
At NVIDIA, we are at the forefront of innovation in AI, accelerated computing, and networking. Our work is redefining industries from healthcare and automotive to telecommunications. In this role, you will build and grow NVIDIA's engagement with the global Telco, 6G, and AI-native RAN developer ecosystem, working directly with partners, universities, research institutes, and industry innovators to advance next-generation wireless networks through applied research, hands-on prototyping, and ecosystem development. What You'll Be Doing: • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in 6G, AI-native RAN, and wireless research. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in Telco, 6G, and AI-native RAN, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines. • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources—such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines—to accelerate 6G/AI-RAN-specific adoption and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions. • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies. • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams. • Establish trusted relationships with leading universities, research institutes, faculty, principal investigators, graduate students, and applied research labs working on 6G, AI-RAN, wireless AI, and accelerated computing; connect their work with NVIDIA platforms, software, research, and product roadmaps. • Build hands-on proof-of-concepts and reference prototypes for AI-native RAN—including simulation, algorithm development, model training and inference, system integration, benchmarking, and experimental validation including over the air testing—enabling researchers to adopt NVIDIA technologies through reproducible code, notebooks, sample applications, and technical guides. • Represent NVIDIA in academic conferences, technical workshops, 3GPP-related forums, and the AI-RAN Alliance; develop technical contributions and cultivate partnerships across the global 6G research and standards community. What We Need to See: • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, or product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in wireless communications, Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, advanced algorithm development, or applied AI research—including experience working with universities, research institutes, or collaborative research programs. • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and Telco/6G/AI-RAN ISVs, or within relevant verticals. • Significant technical depth in Telco and wireless communications software including AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), wireless simulation environments (MATLAB, Python-based simulators, software-defined radio, over the air RAN testbeds), GPU-accelerated computing, and RAN software stacks, and contributions to product integrations and software libraries. • Experience leading technica
