About the role
Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, and more. Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world. We are looking for a Senior Legal Operations Executive to make our legal team run smoothly — contracts, vendor spend, billing, and the systems behind them. You'll look for better ways of doing things and work with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Procurement and engineering to make it happen. The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations. Responsibilities: • Contracts . Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so that contracts are issued, recorded and easy to retrieve for the legal team and stakeholders across the business. • Budget and billing . Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve billing issues, and support budget tracking and forecasting. • Vendors . Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce our External Legal Counsel Guidelines with law firms. • Systems . Manage the relationship with our matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and oversee integrations and configurations, such as approval workflows. Help colleagues get more out of the tools. • Process improvement and automation . Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of working, and drive automation through to delivery. • Documentation . Keep process documentation up to date. Requirements: • 5+ years in legal operations or a related role (e.g. legal finance, contract management, in-house legal support). • Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately. • Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets. • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage. • Sound judgement with confidential material. • Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating. Nice to have: • Experience administering or implementing a matter management, contract management or e-billing platform. • Scripting skills, or experience working with engineers on automation (e.g. Python, APIs, low-code tools). • Project or change management experience. • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or crypto. Why Binance • Shape the future of finance • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
