Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. The role As Staff Product Manager – In-Vehicle Privacy & Authentication, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customers understand, control, and protect their personal information and identity inside the vehicle. This role brings together two foundational parts of the in-vehicle experience: • Privacy: clear consent, privacy education, privacy settings, temporary privacy modes, customer data requests, and compliance with applicable privacy requirements. • Identity and authentication: driver and passenger recognition, in-vehicle profiles, digital-key and key-fob linking, near-field communication access, profile security, PINs, and secure access to personalized experiences. You will create simple, consistent experiences across the vehicle display, mobile app, customer account, Digital Key, OnStar, Google built-in services, and other connected services. You will set long-term direction while also driving complex initiatives from product definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Lead identity, driver recognition, and authentication • Define the product strategy for driver and passenger profiles that make the in-vehicle experience personal, secure, and easy to use. • Establish how digital keys, key fobs, NFC-enabled devices or cards, manual selection, and other recognition signals identify the appropriate driver or passenger. • Define experiences for multiple detected devices, unrecognized devices, guest use, profile switching, and situations where the system cannot confidently identify the driver. • Lead the experience for linking and unlinking digital keys, key fobs, and NFC-enabl
