Wir möchten unsere Social-Media-Kanäle weiter mit Leben füllen und suchen dafür Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung. Deine Aufgaben: • Gemeinsam mit uns Content-Ideen entwickeln und planen • Content für Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn und TikTok erstellen • Reels, Kurzvideos, Fotos und Stories produzieren • Regelmäßige Content-Termine vor Ort in Kassel begleiten • Gemeinsam mit unseren Servicemonteuren und -technikern auf Baustellen Content direkt aus dem Arbeitsalltag erstellen • Ideen eigenständig umsetzen und für die jeweilige Plattform und Zielgruppe aufbereiten Das bringst du mit • Du kennst dich mit Social Media aus und hast ein gutes Gefühl für Trends und unterschiedliche Zielgruppen • Spaß an Fotos, Videos und kreativem Content • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Instagram Edits, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express oder Ähnlichem • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und bringst eigene Ideen mit • Keine Scheu, mit dem Smartphone auch mal zwischen Baumaschinen oder auf der Baustelle unterwegs zu sein • Interesse an Technik, Baumaschinen oder Handwerk? Perfekt – aber kein Muss! Und ganz wichtig: Du musst keinen perfekten Lebenslauf mitbringen. Uns interessiert vor allem, was du kannst und was du daraus machst.
