To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys: Manage end-to-end coordination of Employee Voice Survey and pulse survey cycles — from distribution lists and completion tracking to targeted reminders and timely delivery of results to People Business Partners and stakeholders. Equip users with the guidance needed to navigate and act on their results. Partner with the analytics team on data quality checks, anonymity thresholds, and dashboard updates. Maintain survey calendars, align listening program cadences, and track action item follow-through across cycles. Voice AI 360 Platform Administration: Serve as the functional system administrator. Manage the admin dashboard, whitelisting coordination, participant/provider invitation tracking, and real-time completion monitoring. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as the primary operational liaison with Procurement and Finance to manage Statement of Work (SOW) legal reviews, purchase orders, budget allocations, and vendor invoicing for platform scaling.
