About the role
About AppLovin AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. The company provides end-to-end advertising solutions for businesses to reach, monetize and grow their global audiences. For more information about AppLovin, visit: www.applovin.com . To deliver on this mission, our global team is composed of team members with life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that mirror our developers and customers around the world. At AppLovin, we are intentional about the team and culture we are building, seeking candidates who are outstanding in their own right and also demonstrate their support of others. Advertiser Customer Growth Associate — Growth Marketing We have a long list of brands that should be advertising with us and aren’t. Your job is to get ahold of them — no matter what — and get them live. The problem AppLovin’s self-serve ads platform is growing fast, and the pipeline is bigger than the team working it. Most of these brands already know us: they signed up and got stuck somewhere in the process, or they ran campaigns and stopped. Some are fresh outreach. Either way, nobody has picked up the phone and gotten them over the line. That’s the job. What you’ll do • Work a ranked daily queue of high-value brands. Reach the decision-maker by phone, email, LinkedIn — whatever it takes. Three ignored emails is the start, not the end. • Find out what’s in the way: they never finished setup, something broke, or they just haven’t heard a good reason to start. Then handle it. • Walk them from first conversation to first live campaign. You own the account until it’s spending. • Log every touch in HubSpot so we know what works. Your pipeline is measured, not vibes. • Own one number: advertisers you get live. What we’re looking for • Grit. You’ve got that dog in you — you get people on the phone that other reps gave up on. This matters more than anything on your resume. • You have an understanding of the role that performance marketing makes of businesses. • You genuinely like talking to founders and marketers, and they like talking to you. • Drive. The queue is long, the wins compound, and nobody will push you but the scoreboard. • You take the time to research accounts and prep outreach. • Sales or e-commerce background helps, but the product is simple to learn. We care more about how you sell than what you’ve sold. AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
