You’ll work across Strategy, Growth, Marketing, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Data & Insights, Lines of Business, and Regional teams to make sure priorities are aligned and plans translate into action. We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office. About You • 12+ years in growth planning, strategy and operations, commercial planning, business operations, financial planning, management consulting, or a related field. • Track record of translating business strategy and growth targets into detailed operating plans, with clear initiatives, investments, owners, milestones, dependencies, and expected impact. • Strong background in business planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, investment decisions, KPI reporting, and plan-versus-actual analysis. • Background in a consumer-facing business, ideally subscription, streaming, digital media, entertainment, gaming, marketplace, or another B2C platform. • Strong commercial and financial
