US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
The Role You'll drive market expansion across our highest-value enterprise accounts in the AmLaw 200 domain, leading sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to displace legacy solutions and secure net-new business. In this role, you will partner with law firm leadership and senior legal professionals to articulate how Everlaw's platform transforms litigation and discovery workflows, turning strategic account planning into long-term customer partnerships and substantial ARR growth. Office-based employees are eligible for a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. About You • You have at least 7 years of successful quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closed-won success ($1.3M+ ARR) in net-new enterprise accounts. • You bring extensive experience navigating complex enterprise business sales processes, multi-stakeholder evaluations, and executive negotiations. • You are an energetic, self-directed hunter who excels at prospecting, account mapping, and building your own pipeline. • You demonstrate strong consultative selling and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and convey value to senior leadership. • You are available and willing to travel throughout the United States to meet with prospective clients and team members in person. • You are authorized to work in the United States.
