Write briefs and influence creative direction. • Manage and develop one direct report, and hold agency and platform partners accountable for strategy, execution, and results. • Analyze performance and creative data to identify drivers, risks, and growth opportunities, and translate insights into clear recommendations. • Monitor platform changes, privacy and signal shifts, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, and apply them to strategy. • Communicate performance, learnings, trade-offs, and investment recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Qualifications • 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, with deep expertise in paid social. • Expert-level, hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta campaigns, including account structure, Advantage+, bidding, and creative testing at sca
