What's Exciting About the Role As a Relationships Manager, you will own strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role requires a self-starter with deep knowledge of payment technologies and hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities • Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring retention and expansion. • Customer Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact. • Solution Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of payment systems and hardware to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. • Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with creativity and urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and support to deliver exceptional service. • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
