US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Every day, thousands of developers and marketers create, iterate, and scale WordPress and Drupal sites to reach billions of people globally. Pantheon’s multitenant, container-based platform enables organizations to manage all of their websites from a single dashboard. The Role Pantheon is looking for a Senior Designer to help shape how our brand shows up across the world. You will help make Pantheon recognisable, relevant, and memorable for the developers, marketers, IT leaders, agencies, and organisations we serve. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and precise execution.
