About the role
The Opportunity Adobe is looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise organization in Zürich. You will manage relationships with some of Switzerland’s most significant international and global enterprises, with a particular focus on industries such as Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals. Our customers are transforming how they build, manage and activate content, personalize customer experiences and strengthen their brands across markets and channels. Adobe is at the heart of this transformation. What you will do Assume full accountability for a portfolio of sizable, international, and global accounts based or managed from Switzerland. Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s strategy, transformation agenda, and organizational landscape, translating this into a multi-year account strategy. Build positive relationships with collaborators ranging from operational participants through to C-level decision-makers, positioning Adobe as a strategic partner. You will orchestrate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales engagements and: • Build on complete strategic, multi-year account plans • Identify and develop new opportunities • Create compelling value propositions and executive-level arguments with the account team • Navigate complex commercial, procurement, and decision-making environments • Manage strategic opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and closure • Deliver against ambitious revenue and growth objectives with strong pipeline and forecasting rigor Co-create the Future of Content and Customer Experience Help customers rethink the ways in which they deliver digital experiences at global scale, with a focus on: • Content Supply Chain: transforming how content is planned, built, managed and activated across brands, markets, and channels • Personalization at Scale: applying data, content, and technology to provide more relevant experiences • Brand Visibility and Consistency: growing the reach and influence of global brands while preserving consistency and governance • AI-enabled Transformation: exploring how Adobe’s AI capabilities can accelerate content creation, efficiency, and personalization For highly regulated sectors like Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, you recognize the need to balance speed and innovation alongside governance, adherence, and global brand standards. Orchestrate the Adobe Ecosystem Coordinate internal and external resources across sales, solution consulting, customer success, professional services, product, industry specialists, and leadership to deliver a coordinated customer experience. For global accounts, you will collaborate closely with Adobe teams internationally as well as strategic technology and consulting partners to align local, regional and global strategies. What You Bring • Significant experience in enterprise software, SaaS, digital transformation, or technology sales within the Swiss market • A proven track record of developing and growing complex strategic accounts • Experience working with large multinational or global organizations • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior collaborators • The ability to link technology capabilities to strategic business challenges and measurable outcomes • Strong commercial judgment and experience managing significant enterprise negotiations • Interest in how AI, content, data, and personalization are transforming marketing and customer experience • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or another highly regulated global industry is highly valuable • Professional experience on the customer side is a big plus, bringing first-hand understanding of enterprise priorities, transformation challenges, and decision-making
