US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). About the role
Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, Hover answers age-old questions like “What will it look like?” and “What will it cost?” Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models of any property — all from a smartphone scan in minutes.
At Hover, we’re driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and are proud to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture that inspires growth, accountability, and excellence. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide — we’re redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.
Why Hover wants you
Nine of the top ten U.S. insurance carriers use Hover to turn a policyholder's smartphone scan into an accurate 3D model, so claims move faster and settle with fewer site visits. We're building our Implementation function now, and we want an Implementation Manager who will deliver our most strategic and complex carrier deployments. You'll work with Hover's largest insurance customers, help define and iterate on the implementation playbook as an early member of the team, and see your work change how adjusters and policyholders handle claims. If you like building the process while you deliver, this is the role.
You will contribute by
You'll own several enterprise implementations at once, from sales handoff through adoption and transition to Customer Success. You'll lead kickoffs, working sessions, and training with carrier claims teams, and you'll run the plan, status reporting, and risk management that keep rollouts on track. You'll get hands-on with configuration, data migration, integration testing, and UAT, partnering with Solutions Architects on how Hover connects to the insurance ecosystem, including Verisk and Cotality. You'll guide customers through change management as their teams move from in-person inspections to remote, scan-based workflows. Alongside a small team, you'll help build the playbook, templates, and processes every future rollout will use.
