Responsibilities Include: • Providing clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field • Reviewing OASIS documentation and ensuring Medicare compliance • Managing care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows • Supporting onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development • Serving as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance • Driving quality outcomes and best practices across the office What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience • Recent Home Health experience required • Strong hands-on OASIS experience • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Grow Your Leadership Career with BAYADA If you’re passionate about patient-centered home health care and ready to lead a team that delivers exceptional outcomes, we’d love to meet you.
