US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it The Staff Product Manager, Experimentation will own the product strategy and roadmap for our experimentation capabilities, a high-impact role that will shape how our marketing functions learn and innovate. We're building experimentation as a core pillar of our marketing strategy, and you'll be responsible for ensuring our teams can run sophisticated, high-velocity tests that drive smarter decisions across the business. You'll partner closely with our MarTech, Data, and Analytics teams while leading from within the experimentation organization, translating vision into a detailed, actionable roadmap. Your focus will be establishing strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and the business teams, creating the infrastructure and processes that enable speed without sacrificing rigor. This role demands someone who excels at cross-functional collaboration and thrives as the bridge between technical and business teams. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. Write clear PRDs, run structured discovery, and ship incrementally — balancing platform investment against near-term marketing needs. Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, feasibility, and resource allocation. Communicate progress, roadmap updates, and resource needs to leadership on a regular basis, flagging dependencies and constraints early to ensure successful delivery. Work closely with Martech Product teams to ensure experimentation is a native, low-friction capability with a dedicated roadmap for business outcomes.
