Warehouse Manager

One of our brands focused on dog products, based out of Victor, NY, is looking for a full-time warehouse manager. You would manage a team of two individuals. We're a close-knit, small business that is laser focused on serving our customers and building our brand. We want you to join us! Responsibilities: • Inventory management lead across all platforms • Inventory management of all shipping supplies • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations • Fulfill orders through various platforms (Shipstation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Wal-Mart, Etsy, etc.) • Maintain physical condition of warehouse - inspecting equipment, organization, storage, etc. • Handling all returns • Work with wholesale manager to send sample products to new accounts • Mail gift code postcards to animal shelters • Help develop and maintain brand integrity • General customer service support • Support supply chain team in ordering, forecasting and inventory planning Qualifications: • Must love dogs! :) • Minimum 2 years professional working experience • Skilled in communication and managing processes • Self-motivated attitude • Attention to detail and accuracy • Creative and persistent problem solver • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet • Warehouse experience a plus • Equipment maintenance a plus • Knowledge of dog behavior/training a plus • Experience with dog products a plus unybrands is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without any regard to race, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and age.
